Do you use standardized extracts or whole herbs?

No, we do not use standardized extracts. Standardized extracts isolate specific compounds from a plant—like curcumin from turmeric or silymarin from milk thistle—to create a consistent, measured concentration. While this may sound appealing, it often means the plant is chemically altered, and many of its natural co-factors are removed.

At Eclectic Herb, we believe in the power of the whole plant. Our freeze-dried herbs retain their full spectrum of nutrients, enzymes, and active compounds—just as nature intended—so you benefit from the synergy of all the plant’s components working together.
