How do I manage my subscription?

Your subscription status and frequency can be managed through your Eclectic Herb account.


How do I cancel a subscription or order?

If you would like to cancel an order, reach out to Eclectic Herb Support at customerservice@eclecticherb.com or contact us via the contact form.


My subscription was cancelled, but my order was still processed.

There can be a delay between a subscription cancellation and the order. 


If your order was placed after a cancellation, reach out to Eclectic Herb Support at customerservice@eclecticherb.com or contact us via the contact form.
